Completely renovated in 2019, with over 3,000 sq. ft. of interior living space and over 5,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space, unparalleled panoramic views of Hart Bay, Dever's Bay and Chocolate Hole, Avontuur Villa brings together true island décor with modern amenities to give our guests the full experience of St. John.

Inside Avontuur Villa

Avontuur Villa is a perfect retreat for relaxation! Our guests may enjoy their stay amongst our two levels that provide luxury accommodations for ultimate comfort! Our first floor has a separate entrance that leads guests into a living area with a kitchenette and counter bar. This floor also has a one-bedroom unit with a queen bed, ac unit and full bath. Our second floor has three master suites each with their own full bath, ac units, and ceiling fans. One bedroom has two full beds and the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. This floor also has a full size washer and dryer for our guests to use. There is a large modern chef’s kitchen with black stainless appliances and all necessary equipment for home cooked meals! Beside the kitchen, is a custom table for four for those quick informal bites or morning coffees. For bigger meals we have an indoor dining room with an oversized dining table which seats 10 comfortably. Our living area on the second floor offers sectional and lounge chairs for cozy nights in to relax, unwind, read or watch some television on the 50” smart TV. Throughout the rooms are ceiling fans that provide a great breeze, and each bedroom comes with a ceiling fan and its own remote control air conditioning unit!

Outside Avontuur Villa

Here at Avontuur Villa, our guests can enjoy the breathtaking views of St. John sunrises and sunsets! There are two large decks, one on each floor, spanning the entire length of the Villa. The first floor deck is fully covered, while the main floor has both open and covered space for sunbathing. Both come with comfortable full-size outdoor furniture including sofas, side chairs, coffee tables, rocking chairs and lounge swings. In the mood for a swim but don’t want to head down to the beaches? No problem! Our 50-foot pool is great for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying beautiful beach views. Guests can relax and sunbathe on the loungers or eat by the pool at the dining patio!

Guests can be assured that they will be taken care of with fresh indoor and pool towels, linens, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion) and hair dryers. For our adventurers, we provide snorkel gear and all beach equipment including chairs, floats and coolers. The Villa comes with an on-site caretaker to handle any requests or emergencies and provide guests the full luxury vacation experience. **Guest provisioning, mid-week cleaning and concierge services available for extra charge**
